Automatic voltage regulator 750KVA

Automatic voltage Stabilizer system is our product. It is composed of voltage regulation system, servomotor and automatic control circuit. When grid voltage is unstable or when the load changes, the automatic control circuit would sample, amplify and send signal to control the servomotor to adjust the position of carbon brush on the voltage optimizers system, regulate the output voltage to the rated value finally.

1.Introduction

Automatic voltage Stabilizer system is our product. It is composed of voltage regulation system, servomotor and automatic control circuit. When grid voltage is unstable or when the load changes, the automatic control circuit would sample, amplify and send signal to control the servomotor to adjust the position of carbon brush on the voltage optimizers system, regulate the output voltage to the rated value finally.

The UNITs provide stable output voltage supply for electronic equipment such as telecom base station, CNC machines, computerized topography, printing machines, production lines and others.
 
The electrical design combines three-phase overall control with independent phase adjustments.

  1. Ambient temperature: -20°C to +35 °C
  2. Relative humanity: <90%
  3. Working environment: indoor environments where are far away from chemical deposition, harmful corrosive medium, or flammable/explosive gas. Besides, the altitude is not higher than 1000m.

4. Situation for capacity

2.3.1 In generally, the load power factor of AC regulator is 0.8;
2.3.2 In the inductive and compatible load environment, If choosing the model, Please consider the start current of load, It will be influence to regulator, How to choose the model, Please see table.
